Properties:303 stainless steel hardness in the range of 200 to 240 Brinell.In CNC machining, the hardness of 303 stainless steel changes every minute, so the feed rate and surface size need to be adjusted through CNC machining experience and parameters to achieve qualified CNC precision parts.303 stainless steel is not recommended for welding, but can be welded with Alloy 310 electrodes.303 vs 304 stainless steel machinability is different.

Properties:The characteristics of SS316/316L  are very suitable for CNC machining. It is the highest rust-proof stainless steel, with a higher molybdenum content than the base metal, good durability and strong crack resistance.316/316L Stainless steel is more suitable for the manufacture and processing of food-grade equipment parts, and is also widely used in Medical CNC machining.
